Daily Healthy Eating Routine

Breakfast (7:00 – 8:00 AM)

🥤 1 glass warm water + lemon juice (detox and boost digestion)

🥣 1 bowl of oats or milk rice

🍳 1 boiled egg or paneer

🍌 1 banana or any seasonal fruit

☕ 1 cup green tea or low sugar tea

Mid-Morning Snack (10:00 – 11:00 AM)

🌰 A handful of nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

🥤 1 glass fresh fruit juice or smoothie

Lunch (1:00 – 2:00 PM)

🍚 1 plate rice (white/brown)

🥣 Lentils (moong/masoor/chana dal)

Evening snack (4:00 - 5:00 pm)
